| 摘 要： | 创新素质教育是高层次的素质教育，单靠课堂教学不可能完全达到目的，在学生社区建设中融入创新素质教育是可行的也是必要的。创新素质教育要用科学发展观为指导，采取一系列新举措，营造一个适宜培养创新人才的物质环境、文化环境和实践环境。

| Abstract: | The innovation education for all-around development is the high level education for all-around development,only depending on the classroom instruction can't be able to achieve the goal completely,putting the innovation education for all-around development into the constructs of community is feasible and necessary.The community innovation education for all-around development needs to use the science development viewpoint for the instruction,adopts a series of new actions,builds a suitable person's material environment,the cultural environment and the practice environment for raising the innovation talented person. |
