| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (matrixmetalloprotein .ase - 2MMP - 2 )在膀胱癌和阴茎癌中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化法对MMP - 2在 4 2例膀胱癌和 4 5例阴茎癌中的表达进行研究。结果 :MMP - 2在膀胱癌中的阳性表达率为 2 8.5 7% (12 / 4 2 ) ,在阴茎癌中的阳性表达率为 5 7.78% (2 6 / 4 5 ) ;在膀胱移行细胞癌和腺癌中的阳性率分别为 2 3.6 8% (9/ 38)、75 .0 0 % (3/ 4 ) ,两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。在阴茎癌高分化组阳性率为 4 5 .16 % ,中分化组阳性率为 85 .7% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMP - 2在移行上皮癌与鳞状上皮癌中均有表达 ,其在鳞癌中的表达高于移行细胞癌 ,腺癌细胞的高表达提示腺癌细胞的浸润性高于移行细胞癌。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the matrix metalloproteinase-2's expression in bladder carcinoma and penis carcinoma . Methods: Immunohistochenistry is used to detect the expression of MMP-2 in bladder carcinoma and penis carcinoma. Results: The positive rate of MMP-2 is 28.57%(12/42) in bladder carcinoma , 57.78%(26/45) in penis carcinoma ;75.00%(3/4) in adenocarcinoma , 23.68%(9/38) in transitional epithelium carcinoma, the difference was significant (P<0.01).The positive rate of MMP-2 was 45.16in high differetiation group, 85.71% in lower differentiation group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05) .Conclusion: MMP-2 has expressed in bladder carcinoma and penis carcinoma, the high expression in penis carcinoma maybe means it's high malignant. The gradually nature in adenocarcinoma is higher than in transitional epithelium carcinoma. |
