城乡统筹背景下小学语文教师培养模式探析

摘    要:在统筹城乡教育发展与改革的背景下,我国职前教师培养模式仍存在诸多不相适应的问题。本文通过把"研训一体"的职后培养模式与职前师范教育相结合,在汉语言文学专业探索并改造为以"工学结合"为特征的职前职后一体化培养模式,简称为"1+2.5+0.5"模式,进而实现小学语文教师培养在目标设定、课程设置、教学设计等方面的系列改革。
