| 摘 要： | 苏州工业园区职业技术学院在微电子技术专业建设中,紧紧围绕园区微电子产业对人才的需求,以服务为宗旨,构建"学院+企业"双主体人才培养模式,根据岗位职业能力构建专业课程体系,围绕核心职业能力建设优质核心课程,加强校内外实习基地及其制度建设,在以客户需求为目标的服务理念导向下,向国内外企业、同行、社会提供服务,实现优质资源共享.
