| 摘 要： | 合法性是任何政权都必须面对和解决的重大问题。1997年以来，面对执政之经济绩效带来的合法性随着形势发展所引起的局限，中共积极寻求新的合法性资源，这包括依法治国的理念与实践、提出“三个代表”重要思想以更新过时的意识形态和加大反腐力度以重塑廉政形象。
