| 摘 要： | 大学生在高校的学习、生活中能够全面发展、不断进步、顺利成才受到多种因素的影响。本文从辅导员工作的开展着眼,简要阐述了辅导员老师在大学生正确人生观、价值观和政治思想觉悟树立以及专业知识学习中发挥的突出作用,指出辅导员的监督与支持以及自身修养的提高在大学生成长成才中发挥重要影响。

College counselors play an prominent role in building a harmonious campus. They are responsible for life, values, political education and specialist knowledge. Indicated the counselors play an important impact on supervision, support and improvement of self-cultivation in college students. |
