| 摘 要： | 运用了文献资料法,在阐释了＂阳光体育运动＂本质特征的基础上,指出了目前普通高校体育课程存在的问题。提出了将＂阳光体育运动＂与普通高校体育课程改革相结合,构建一个能有效促进大学生体质健康水平提高的、全新的、开放式的、可持续发展的体育课程体系,这对于积极探索普通高校体育课程改革和深入发展提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Based on explaining the feature of "sunny sports", this article concludes some problems in the sports course of colleges and universities with literature consultation .It raises the idea of combining "sunny sports" with the reform of sports course, and to construct a sports course system which is totally new and open and sustainable, so as to help improve the physique of university students effectively. This can be a reference in reforming the sports courses and its further development. |
