| 摘 要： | 旅游专业办学模式是高等旅游教育的重要环节,直接影响到旅游人才培养的质量。随着旅游产业的地位提升和转型升级,需要更高层次、更加优秀的旅游专业人才,这就要求高等旅游教育遵循办学规律,积极探索出一条适合本科院校的旅游专业办学之路。在综述国内本科院校旅游专业办学模式的基础上,对比分析旅游学院建制和旅游系部建制两种办学模式及其效果,探讨从特色专业到旅游学院、再到国际化办学的旅游专业办学路线图,最后就提升旅游学科地位、完善旅游人才培养模式、推进产学研合作等提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | The school-running model of tourism major is the important section of higher tourism education and has a direct influence on the quality of tourism personnel training.With the development of tourism industry,the higher standard and more excellent tourism talents are needed,which require that the higher tourism education should follow the rule of running a university,and probes into a model suitable for the tourism major in universities.Based on the summary of the school-running model of tourism major in domestic universities,the paper makes a comparison analysis of two school-running models and their results,and discusses the school-running road map from featured major to tourism colleges and then international run-school.At the end of the paper,some concrete countermeasures have been put forward in terms of enhancing tourism major status,improving tourism personnel training model and promoting the cooperation of industry,education and academy. |
