| 摘 要： | 通过整理近年来国内外的相关文献,本文对当前总部经济研究成果进行了系统地总结和归纳.分别从总部经济的理论来源:比较优势理论、区域经济理论、信息经济理论和组织结构理论入手,重点对企业总部选址、总部经济衡量、总部经济与产业转型、分厂经济、城市发展的关系等研究成果进行了梳理,最后对未来我国总部经济进一步的研究方向进行了展望.
