| 摘 要： | 研究健康人群J波发生率及与年龄、性别、劳动强度的关系。对2008年1月-2009年6月的1809名健康体检者的心电图进行分析,观察J波发生情况。结果表明,J波发生率5.64%,其中男性发生率明显高于女性（8.91%比1.40%,P〈0.05）;青壮年发生率较高;下壁导联发生率显著高于右心导联、左心导联（P〈0.05）;劳动强度越大,J波发生率越高。结论J波多发于男性、青壮年,多见于下壁导联,与劳动强度有关。

| Abstract: | To study the prevalence of J wave in the healthy population in Dalian,and the relationship between J wave and age,sex as well as labor intensity.The study subjects comprised of 1809 apparently healthy subjects(1021 males,mean age 47.21±12.34 years;788 females,mean age 45.61±11.40 years) from January 2008 to July 2009.ECG and routine medical examinations were performed.The overall incidence of J wave was 5.64%.The incidence of J wave in males was significantly higher than in females(8.99% vs 1.40%,P<0.05).It occurred most in the age of 30～59.J wave located in leads of inferior wall was more than in left and right walls(2.89% vs 1.08%,1.71%,P<0.05).The higher of labor intensity,the higher of the morbidity of J wave.J wave is more likely seen in males,especially the young and middle-aged,and more likely located in leads of inferior wall than in left and right walls.There is significant correlation between the morbidity of J wave and labor intensity. |
