| Abstract: | This paper, on the basis of the history of library legislation in the world, gives an account of the course of change and development of the concepts of library legislation. The library legislation system in ancient China had a much longer history, giving prominence to the conception in the feudal culture autocracy. The concepts of library legislation in modern China are more advanced, therefore , the items of library legislation should be drafted in generality rather than in particularity. |
