| 摘 要： | 剑桥评价是英国同时也是欧洲最大的教育考试机构，它所推出的ESOL考试项目得到广泛认可。ESOL考试采用AIJTE测试开发流程，根据理论发展和考生需求变化，定期对自己的考试项目进行评估，采用VRIP质量评价体系评估试题的质量，并从考试的各个环节收集证据。本文提出，应当在分析剑桥评价ESOL考试的基础上，立足国内外语考试，将先进的理论引入测试，加强效度证据收集，定期对测试进行评估，并不断开发新的考试项目，以此来完善考试，使其更好地适应发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The Cambridge Assessment is the biggest test organization not only in the Britain, but also in the world. Its test items are widely recognized in the world. The ESOL of the Cambridge Assessment uses the ALTE testing procedure and evaluates its test items regularly according to the theoretical development and the needs. It also uses the VRIP quality assessment system to evaluate the quality of the items and collects the evidence from every aspect of the test. By analyzing the Cambridge Assessment ESOL, we gained some enlightenment that we should bring in the latest test theory , enhance test validation, evaluate the test regularly and develop new tests to make them much better and fulfil the needs of the society. |
