| 摘 要： | 留守儿童的概念界定关系着留守儿童问题研究的规范、深入与意义。＂留守＂即是父母双双外出务工而导致的＂亲子分离＂的完全留守。＂儿童＂就是16周岁以下的未成年人。留守儿童就是我国农村地区因父母双双外出务工而守望着家园的16周岁以下的未成年人。可见,留守儿童依存于农民工,所以化解留守儿童现象只能从解决农民工问题入手,即通过解决农民工问题带动留守儿童现象的逐渐消除。

| Abstract: | Defining ＂children left at home＂ affects the norms,deepening,and significance of the related researches.＂Children left at home＂ is defined as the children whose parents are working outside to earn a living causing the complete separation of the parents from their children.Those children are teenagers under the age of 16.From the definition,we can see that both the phenomena of the children left at home and the migrant peasant workers happen at the same time,so to solve the problem of the children left at home must start with the solution of the problems of the migrant peasant workers,that is,solving the problems of migrant peasant workers can lead to the gradual elimination of the phenomenon of children left at home. |
