| 摘 要： | 简述了高校院系资料室的作用,重点分析了其目前普遍存在着重视不够、管理人员业务素质偏低、设备陈旧、管理手段落后、资源重置浪费等弊病.针对这些问题提出解决的方案,以期改变院系资料室的现状,提高其管理水平和技术手段,为院系教学科研提供更好的信息服务.

| Abstract: | This paper describes the role of college reference room,analyses its problems as of lack of attention,low quality management,obsolete equipment,out-dated management styles,and resource waste etc.In response to these,this poper provides a number of solutions to improve the status of college reference rooms and raises the management and technical means to provide better information services for the faculty teaching and research. |
