| 摘 要： | 高技术企业已经成为拉动一个国家或地区经济增长的主导因素,其高投入、高收益和高风险的特质要求管理者必须具备战略性思维和思维创新的基本素质。受传统企业战略思维模式的影响,高技术企业的管理者多不能全面的、立体性的分析和考虑问题。为此,本文在对传统战略思维模式梳理的基础上,提出并论证了以顾客为起点、以资源(能力)为保障、以竞争为契机的高技术企业战略思维的整合创新模式。

| Abstract: | The high-technology enterprise already became the leading factors which a country or the local economy grows.Its high investment,the high income and the high risk special characteristic requests the superintendent to have to have the basic quality of the strategic thinking and the thought innovation.The influence on traditional enterprise strategic thinking model, the high-technology enterprise's superintendents cannot be comprehensive,the three-dimensional analysis to think about question.Therefore,this article in the foundation which combs to the traditional strategic thinking model,proposed and proved the conformity innovation model of high-technology enterprise strategic thinking to take the customer as the beginning,to take the resources(ability) as the safeguard,and to take competes as the turning point. |
