| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育已进入以质量求生存的发展时期,高等职业教育改革势在必行。我国高等职业教育在行政管理体制、学校发展定位、制度安排、政策导向和专业设置审批等方面还存在比较突出的问题。高等职业教育应该实行集中管理模式,出台高等职业教育经费保障措施,科学确定高等职业学校的发展方向,明确学校的发展定位。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational education in China has entered a period of development with the quality for survival and the reform for higher vocational education is imperative.The higher vocational education in China still has more prominent problems in the administrative management system,the school-positioned development,the institutional arrangements,the policy guidance and the major-setup approval.Higher vocational education should implement a centralized management model,make the measures for the funding safeguards of higher vocational education,scientifically determine the direction of the development of higher vocational schools and define the orientation of school development. |
