高校应用型创新人才培养中企业的功能探究

摘    要:近年来,高校应用型创新人才培养已成为社会普遍关注的问题。缺乏企业等不同培养主体的参与是影响高校应用型创新人才培养质量的重要原因之一。在应用型创新人才培养方面,企业拥有高校所缺乏的人才培养优势。提高高校应用型创新人才培养质量,增强高校人才培养的社会适应性,需要充分发挥企业的人才培养功能。

Abstract:Currently,the applied innovative personnel training in the university has been a problem which the society pay close attention to generally.The lack of the participation by the different subjects such as the enterprise is one of the major reasons that affect the quality of applied innovative personnel training in the university.In the way of applied creative personnel training,the enterprise has the advantage of personnel training that the university lacks.To enhance the quality of applied innovative personnel training in the university and strengthen the social suitability of personnel training in the university,the function of the enterprise in personnel training needs bringing into full play.
