| 摘 要： | 目前高职教育过于强调技能而忽视了人文素质教育,出现了"泛职业化"倾向。高职院校应加强人文教育,体现文化育人的功能。高职院校在加强人文教育的过程中应该注意人文教育的有效性、人文教育的连贯性、素质教育的实践环节和可持续性发展等问题。
