| 摘 要： | 地理标志的保护是近年来国际知识产权领域的重要议题之一,随着我国加入WTO,为了发掘农产品的比较优势,积极实施地理标志保护申请工作变得尤为重要。休宁松萝茶拥有悠久的历史,其独特的自然因素和人文因素决定了其特定的质量和声誉,使得休宁松萝茶具有地理标志保护的内涵。实施地理标志保护,可以比较有效地将休宁松萝茶的资源优势转化为市场优势,提高休宁松萝茶产业的整体素质和市场竞争力,将有效地促进休宁松萝茶产业的发展。

| Abstract: | The protection of geographical indications is one of the important issues in the field of international intellectual property rights in recent years.With China’s accession to the WTO,in order to explore the comparative advantages of agricultural products,applying actively for the protection of geographical indications has become particularly important.Xiuning Songluo green tea has a long history,whose unique natural factors and cultural factors determine its specific quality and reputation,and make its geographical indications protection significant.The implementation of the protection of its geographical indications,to some extent,will convert tea resources advantage into market advantages,improve the overall quality and market competitiveness of Xiuning Songluo green tea industry and effectively promote the industry development. |
