摘    要:在危机事件中,媒体能够实时发布信息,关注事件动态,保证公众的知情权。然而,经常会由于媒体对扮演的多重角色定位不清或者"缺席"和"失语"导致小道消息和流言谣言的不胫而走。媒体必须掌握主动权,及时发现危机,多途径传播信息,揭露事实真相,将流言谣言扼杀在摇篮之中,这样才有利于局势向着更好的方向发展。

Abstract:In the event of a crisis, the media can put out information timely and concern about the incident dynamic to ensure the public's right to know. However, because media is unclear about the diverse roles of positioning or "absent" and "aphasia", gossip and rumors spread like wildfire. Media must seize the initiative, find the crisis in time, broadcast information in many ways, expose the truth, and stifle rumors in the cradle, which is conducive to the development of the situation towards a better direction.
