| 摘 要： | 中学物理课堂教学如何实施素质教育，这是广大物理教师进行教学改革亟待解决的综合性很强、操作难度很大的课题。从转变教育观念、挖掘教育要素、改革教学模式、优化教学过程等十个方面作了探讨，以期对中学物理教学起到抛砖引玉的作用。
