网上匿名评教中学生性别对评价指标影响分析——以甘肃农业大学为例

摘    要:通过调查问卷的方式,分别对甘肃农业大学参与到评教活动中的大二到大四三个年级各个专业的300名学生进行了问卷调查,然后利用SPSS软件对调查问卷进行了分析,分析了该大学网上匿名评教学生性别对评教指标的影响。调查结果表明学生性别在评教目的和评教信度上存在着差异。在评教目的上,绝大部分男生肯定了评教的目的是为了更好地改进教学,为了促进师生间的交流;但大多数女生更倾向于认为评教的目的是为了反映教师的教学效果,甚至认为是为了给教师晋升提供参考依据。在评教信度上,有一半多的女生认为评教的信度很高,而不到30%的男生认为评教信度较高。绝大多数男生认为评教信度并不高。大部分同学认为,学生写的评教意见并不是发自肺腑之言,不是对课堂教学的真实反馈,仅仅是泛泛而谈或信手涂鸦而已。

Abstract:Using SPSS, the author first analyses the impact of?the Students' gender in the Students Assessing Teaching Online on assessing index by questionnaires. Then it is pointed out that the Students' gender has a different impact on assessing goals and assessing reliability. This shows that by nature, male students are more rational than female students. And most students think that what they write is neither what they think nor the real reflection of the classroon teaching. So it should not be employed as a sole means to judge a teacher.
