半导体激光器的温控电路设计

摘    要:针对半导体激光器的工作需要,提出了一种基于硬件PID技术的精密温控电路,通过对该温控电路系统的原理分析及详细设计,实验结果表明了调整该电路的积分电容CFF值能使半导体激光器的温控精度达到0.1℃的恒温精度,改善了温控电路的动态特性和稳定性.

Abstract:In this paper,it is proposed a temperature control circuit based on hardware-based precision PID technology to meet the need of semiconductor lasers,through principle analysis and detailed design of the temperature control circuit system,experimental results show that the adjustment of the value of the integral capacitor CFF of this circuit makes semiconductors laser temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃ of the temperature accuracy,thus improving dynamic performance and stability of temperature control circuit.
