| 摘 要： | 大爱的内涵是爱教育、爱人、爱智慧，其核心是责任与爱心，是大学文化之灵魂。我国高职教育是培养面向基层、面向生产、服务和管理第一线职业岗位的实用型、技能型专门人才。在新形势下，不仅要提高学生的专业知识和专业技能，更需要在高职校园精神文化中融入大爱理念，加强学生的劳动观教育，这是高职院校的办学特色，也是其旺盛生命力的源泉。
