| 摘 要： | 学校的教学质量与教学管理工作的水平密切相关。要提高教学管理工作的水平和服务的层次，必须改变长期以来存在的教学管理人员构成成分复杂、人员业务素质参差不齐、队伍不稳定的状况，从管理理念、管理办法、管理制度创新入手，提高管理工作的效能，以适应现代教育发展的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the educational administration in high schools,is closely related to the quality of teaching in high schools,and puts forward that to raise the level and efficiency of educational administration,the present situation should be changed.The creativity of thoughts,methods and systems,should be carried out to meet the demand of the development of modern education. |
