| 摘 要： | 农村资金市场的特点及我国农村发展的现状呼唤着我国的农村合作金融组织的产生和发展.这一问题在我国加入WTO以后的今天更具有相当的迫切性.而在我国没有真正意义上的农村合作金融组织,应当按照国际合作联盟确定的国际合作原则建立与发展我国真正的农村合作金融组织,从而适应我国农业与农村经济发展的现状,形成以农村信用合作社为基础,中国农业银行、中国农村发展银行分工协作的农村金融体系.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of rural capital market and the situation of rural development in China evoke the creating and development of rural cooperation financial organizations, and it is urgent requirement after China entrance into WTO. In fact, there are not real rural cooperation financial organizations in China. For in accordance with the situation of agriculture and rural economy development and, on the basis of the Rural Credit Cooperation Associations, building the rural financial system by cooperation of Agricultural Bank of China and Rural Development Bank of China, China should build and develop the real rural cooperation financial organizations according to the principles of International Cooperation Association . |
