| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, this paper defined the conception of sports aerobics and explored the essential attribute of sports aerobics with principles of logic. The main purpose is to provide the some guidelines for scientific and reasonable teaching and training, and make the contribution for the perfection and coordinated development of theoretical system of sports aerobics. |
