韵律健美操与跨栏选手的早期训练

摘    要:韵律健美操是融音乐、舞蹈、体育运动为一体的健身健美运动。在跨栏选手的早期训练中韵津健美操有很大的作用:可以提高运动员有氧代谢能力,增加训练兴趣;可以发展整体肌群力量,改善柔韧性;可以改善运动员协调性,增加节奏感;可以诱导青少年掌握正确的跨栏基本技术;可以促进训练后的恢复。但编排韵津操一定要有目的性,内容不宜过多,时间不宜过长。

Abstract:Rhythmic aerobic gymastics(RAG)is a keep-fit and keep-shape movement whichconsists of music,dance and phyical exercise. The RAG plays a large role durlng the hurdler's earlytraining,and it could increasel the runner's aeroblc metabolism capacity,raise their interested intrainlng,develop the musecle's strength of the whole body improve body's slexibility,enhance athlete 'sharmonious ability and rhythmical sense,and induce the adolescent to master the basic hurdletechniques correctly,as well as promote the recovery process after the training.However,thearrangement of the RAG should have a definite alms,the contents should not be too much and theexercise duration should not be too long.
