| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设的内容与中国特色社会主义五大文明具有内在的一致性。主要表现为生产发展与经济文明相一致;生活富裕与社会文明相一致;乡风文明与精神文明相一致;村容整洁与生态文明相一致;管理民主与政治文明相一致。由此,河北省的新农村建设应依据自身的弱点,以五大文明建设为着力点,平衡省内农村经济发展;缩小城乡居民生活差距;践行文明河北时代乡风;构建青山绿水河北农村;建立农村基层有效管理机制,以此来推动河北省的新农村建设有序进行。

| Abstract: | The problem with the current college students Ideological and moral education is that the current system leads to the neglect ol college ideological and moral education. It lacks of pertinence and effectiveness. The pluralistic culture leads to students lack of awareness, bad factors in the ideological and moral education environment lead to lack of safeguard mechanism. In this regard, we should pay more attention to the ideological and political course and help students establish correct outlooks on the world, life and values. Integrate ideological and moral ed ucation with legal education organically, strengthen teachers＇ ideological and moral standards and enhance the construction of campus culture in universities. |
