| 摘 要： | 高品位、高层次的校园文化,能提升学校的品位和声誉,能提高学生的素质和能力。当前,高校校园文化建设尚存在诸多局限和误区,必须要采取切实有效的对策予以加强和改进:要把校园文化建设纳入高校发展的总体规划之中,树立校园文化全员共建意识,在重视校园物质文化建设的同时,更加注重校园精神文化建设,塑造校园精神,强化环境育人、文化育人的功能。

| Abstract: | The high-quality and high-scale campus culture can upgrade the taste and reputation of a college, and it is also very helpful to advance students'quality and ability. At present, there are many mistakes and deficiency in college campus culture construction. So we must take practical measures to improve and solidate it. Thus, we should bring the campus culture construction into the college general developing plan, and also we should make all the staff have the consciousness of the campus culture construction. Then, we should take into account not only the substantial culture construction but also the spiritual culture construction; we should foster the campus spirit; we should emphasize the function of "environment cultivates people, culture cultivates people" . |
