| 摘 要： | 日本大型纺织企业实施多角化经营战略应对产业衰退。技术资源和能力基础的差异导致日本纺织企业选择了不同的多角化经营方向,而且也影响了企业进入新市场的时机选择。日本纺织企业的多角化经营表现出明显的路径依赖特征。
