| 摘 要： | 英国将职业运动员纳入到国家职业标准分类制度体系,依法规范其职业活动。英国职业运动员的基本劳动特征是依靠自身体育运动技能赚钱谋生,同时也包括劳动技能稀缺性、投资主体复合性、行业限制特殊性、职业生涯风险性、个体维权弱势性等其他职业劳动特征。英国职业运动员劳动权益依法包括国家法定劳动权益、行业内特殊职业权益以及运动员工会援助服务等3部分内容。

| Abstract: | In Britain,professional players are subject to the systematic standard classification of occupations,so that their occupational activities can be regulated by law.Basic job characteristic of British professional players’ is manifested as earning their living through the sports skills.Besides,these characteristics also include the scarcity of work skills,the complexity of investment subjects,the particularity of trade restriction,the risks entailed by careers,weakness of personal rights protection.British professional players′ labor rights,furthermore,covers states legal labor rights and interests,industry special occupational interests,and assistance and services from Trade Unions. |
