| 摘 要： | 职业教育作为培养人才的一种重要方式,对于社会经济的发展具有显著的实际价值。大力发展职业教育既能满足区域社会经济发展所需的合格人力资源,增加人力资本存量的需要,也能促进公民综合素质的提高,增强其求职、从业、自立的能力。区域社会经济发展需要各种职业人才,职业教育应配合其发展需要而建立不同层次、不同规格的梯度,并合理进行课程与教学改革,以适应区域对优质人力资源的需求。
