| 摘 要： | 通货膨胀已经成为我国社会越来越突出的一个问题。农产品价格大幅度上涨是造成当前通货膨胀的主要原因,农产品的流通效率急待提高。本文认为在当前因全球通货膨胀、国内外农产品供需双重拉动引发的农产品价格上涨下,以农产品流通改革为重点,从政府视角创新农产品流通环境,从企业视角创新农产品流通商业模式,从农户视角创新农产品流通主体,解决农产品流通环节多、成本高、损耗大的问题,着力提高农产品的流通效率,是应对农产品价格上涨的有效对策。

| Abstract: | Inflation has become a critical problem of China.The current inflation is caused mainly by the substantial price rising of agricultural products,which argues that the circulation efficiency of agricultural products should be raised urgently.In order to cope with the price rising of agricultural products which is double pulled by the global inflation and unmatched supply and demand,the circulation of agricultural products should be reformed rapidly.Countermeasures of reforming the circulation of agricultural products by creating the circulation environment in the government’s perspective,commerce pattern in the enterprise’s perspective and participants in the peasant’s perspective are given to solve the circulation problems which are of more links,high cost and big loss. |
