多孔硅发光研究

摘    要:发光多孔硅的发现为长期追求的硅基发光材料的研究开辟了一条新路.硅基发光材料的研究日益受到重视.为了实现硅基全色光显示,探寻硅基蓝光发射材料是十分必要的,然而它一般不易获得.所以,研究硅基蓝光发射材料是一个意义深、难度大的课题.本文重点阐述了多孔硅的发光机理,并介绍了多孔硅材料的潜在的应用前景.

Abstract:The discovery of luminescent poraus silicon(PS) has opened a new way for the long-seeking research of silicon-based light emitting-materials.Si-based light emitting materials are therefore being intensively investigated.In order to realize Si-based full-color displaying,it is very necessary to fabricate some Si-based blue-light emitting materials.However,they are not easy to obtaint.Therefore,the investigation of Si-based blue-light emitting materials is a meaningful but a difficult research topic.This paper introduces luminescent mechanism of porous silicon and the underlying foreground of its application.
