大学英语教师专业发展研究综述

摘    要:改革是新世纪中国教育的关键词,高等学校的英语教学也不例外.为了适应大学英语教学改革的需要,尽快提升大学英语教师的专业素质和能力,促进教师的专业发展,本文对国内外教师专业发展的研究现状进行了简要回顾,包括内涵研究、发展阶段研究和发展途径研究,以便为我们的后续研究奠定基础.

Abstract:Reform is the keyword of China education in new century and the college English teaching is no exception.In order to adapt to the needs of the college English teaching reform,as soon as possible to improve the college English teachers’ professional quality and ability,promoting teachers’ professional development,this article make a brief review on teacher professional development at home and abroad,including researches of connotation,development stages and models.Therefore,we can not only know about the present situation of this topic research at home and abroad,also can lay the foundation for our subsequent research.
