| 摘 要： | 《北迁季节》叙述了男主人公穆的悲剧命运。穆掌握了英国的先进文明,却不能在英国生存下去。回到家乡又不能适应那种落后的现状。在一种扭曲的文化氛围中,他完成了心理、精神和现实世界的被殖民过程。霍米巴巴的后殖民理论中的文化定位理论与穆的悲剧命运的成因不谋而合。这种杂糅的文化身份,使他永远难以将自己整合为单纯统一的个体,而时时处于自我身份的怀疑之中。

| Abstract: | Migration to the North gave an account of the hero’s tragic death.Mustafa learned British advanced culture,but he couldn’t stay in Britain.When he went back home,he couldn’t get used to the backward situation in homeland.In a twisted cultural atmosphere,he was colonized from psychological,spiritual aspects.Thus,he was too marginalized to live in his homeland.Homi Bhabha’s theory of location of culture could happen to be used in analyzing Mustafa’s tragedy.The hybrid cultural identity would never make him a pure unified individual.He was always suspicious of his identity. |
