| 摘 要： | 企业的发展最终是人的发展。企业要促进人的全面发展,就要以企业员工为管理之本,在企业内部践行群众路线。坚持群众路线是企业管理的应有之义,是企业遵循法治的必然要求、是企业科学决策的现实需要,是企业防范风险的有效保障,同时也是凝练企业文化的必经之路。

| Abstract: | With the changes of enterprise organizational nature and production mode and the evolution of enterprise administration science, the idea for modern enterprise administration has been transformed from ＂profit base＂ to ＂people oriented＂, which can be traced to the same origin of ＂people oriented＂ in the mass line. Meanwhile, the viewpoints and methods of mass line correspond to the idea of democratic management, risk prevention and humanistic culture, which is of theoretical value and practical signifi- cance to the modern enterprise administration. Adhering to the mass line, setting up the mass viewpoint and sticking to the ＂people oriented＂ are of big significance to the enterprise scientific decision, risk prevention, culture condensation, management level and steady development. |
