| 摘 要： | 完善贫困生资助体系是高校规范管理的重要内容,也是减少校园与社会矛盾,构建和谐校园,乃至和谐社会的重要保证。构建完善的贫困生资助体系,将从确保高校大学生能够得到公平接受教育的机会,促进社会公正、增强大学生对社会的感恩之心和社会责任感,建立人与社会的和谐关系和培养良好的师生关系和同学关系,建立人与人的和谐关系等方面,促进校园和谐。
