| Abstract: | In the wave of normal education reform,many junior normal colleges whose purpose is to foster pri-mary school teachers having junior college educational background have appeared.It can promote the healthy devel-opment of junior college teacher-training,by correctly understanding the necessity and integration of teacher-training system's upgrading,exploring the suitable position of junior college education and the building of primary-school-ed-ucation. |
