| 摘 要： | 伴随着重庆经济的飞速发展,城市的建设需要越来越多的人才,城乡差距的拉大也为教育提出了新的要求。而中职教育的发展不仅可以填补主城劳动力资源的缺失,还可以提高农村人口的技术能力,转移农村人口。重庆的中职教育发展走在全国职业教育的前列,但在中职教育的资源配置和布局结构上仍然具有诸多问题,文章力图在介绍重庆中职教育资源配置与布局结构的基础上提出改进建议,以期有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Accompanied by rapid development of economic in Chongqing,the city construction needs more and more talented pelsuned,the widening of the gap between urban and rural areas also puts forward new requirements of education.The development of secondary vocational education can not only fill the lack of labor resources of the main city,but can also improve the skills of the rural population and transfer rural population.The development of vocational education in Chongqing is in the forefront of the national vocational education,but still has many problems in resource allocation and structure adjustment of the vocational education.This article aims to give an introduction of resource allocation and structure adjustment of Chongqing vocational education and propose modest recommendations for improvement. |
