| 摘 要： | 师范教育是人类教育活动的重要组成部分,在其具备教育基本规律的同时拥有自身独特的规律和特征。在其发展过程中必须处理好职前培养与职后培训、规模扩大与质量提高、专业化培养与多元化培养、定向性与非定向性教育体制、师范性与学术性等关系,这样才能推进师范教育的可持续发展,确保师范教育质量的不断提高。

| Abstract: | Normal education,which is the important part of the human education,has distinctive development law and characteristics as well as the basic laws of education.In the development of normal education,we should correctly deal with the relationships between pre-service training and refresher training,between scale enlargement and quality improving,between professional training and multi-dimensional training,between direction and non-direction of education system,and between normal training and academic research,to promote the sustainable development,and ensure the continuous quality improving of normal education. |
