摘    要:平衡计分卡作为一种绩效管理工具在国内外企事业单位已经被广泛采用或借鉴。运用平衡计分卡构建义务教育学校教师绩效评价指标体系,要对其四个层面的绩效评价指标体系合理转换,其绩效评价过程一般包括明晰并确定学校愿景、制定学校战略目标、基于平衡积分卡建立教师绩效评价体系、进行绩效评价、绩效评价体系改进与应用等环节。

Abstract:As a kind of performance evaluation tool,balanced Score card has been widely used or mirrored in enterprises and institutions.using BSC in teacher performance evaluation of compulsory education school,we should transform the four dimension of BSC reasonably,its steps can consists of five steps:clear the school vision;make the school strategy goal;make the teacher performance evaluation index by BSC;evaluate;Improve teacher performance evaluation system and use the evaluation outcome.
