| 摘 要： | "学训矛盾"是我国高等院校高水平运动员培养中普遍存在的问题,影响"学训矛盾"的主要因素包括运动员管理、运动员的自我态度和文化基础、教练员的执教水平、运动员的学习环境及领导的重视程度等.要有效解决"学训矛盾"需采取有效的手段加强高水平运动员学籍管理,建立适应高水平运动员学习和训练的管理模式;严格日常管理,树立良好学风;严格控制与充分利用运动员的课余时间;加强考前和赛后的辅导及采取学历浮动制等.

| Abstract: | Chinese elite college athletes' contradiction between academic study and training has been a common problem.The main factors include management of athletes,athletes' attitudes and cultural foundation,the coaches' ability,the study environment,and the leaders' recognition.To solve this contradiction we need to adopt valid means to strengthen the athletes' status management,effectively build up the management style that adapts their study and training.Manage everyday strictly,set up good study atmosphere,strictly control and make good use of their spare time,strengthen a guidance before tests and after matches,and adopt a floating degree system. |
