| 摘 要： | 采用40cm内径的篮圈对篮球罚球技术进行实验研究,探讨研究运用小口径篮圈对罚球命中率的影响。实验结果表明：实验后实验组的命中率提高幅度较大,具有显著性差异,但5项心理感知觉指标尚无显著性差异;对照组命中率和其5项心理感知觉指标实验前后均无显著性差异。小口径篮圈罚球训练比一般的罚球练习有较好的训练效果。 |
