| 摘 要： | 高校足球运动作为中国足球发展的一个重要组成部分,已经具有广泛的群众基础。大学生对足球运动的认识也不仅仅限于看球和评球,更多的体现在参与意识上,而高校足球代表队是学校群众性足球活动开展的提高,它指导并带动学校足球运动的普及。充分了解高校足球代表队自身的特点。如何提高学生队员对足球运动本质的认识;培养球员的足球意识;重视体能训练,使之不断提高其运动水平。
