摘    要:本文采用分类比较法、推理归纳法等文献资料研究的方法,通过研究心血管疾病与内皮素、不同运动对内皮素的影响及其生物学分析,显示,内皮素作为一种丝裂原可导致心血管疾病及疾病的加剧,与心脑血管疾病的发生、发展和演化与内皮素的关系密切;不同运动强度对内皮素水平影响不同。运动训练对血管内皮素的影响机理可能主要是通过运动加快血液循环,增加血管壁面侧压力和切应力,导致血管内皮细胞形态发生改变,引起细胞内部一系列物理化学变化,导致内皮素基因表达的变化,最终引起内皮细胞分泌内皮素的功能发生变化,且与运动强度密切相关。

Abstract:This paper adopted some literature research methods such as classification comparison,induction reasoning methods.Through research cardiovascular disease and ET,the different effects of exercise on endothelin and biological analysis revealed that endothelin as a mitogen can cause cardiovascular disease and illness aggravating,and cardiovascular diseases of occurrence,development and evolution were closely related with Endothelin.Different exercise intensity of endothelin levels affected different.Of exercise training on vascular endothelin mechanism may be mainly through the movement to speed up blood circulation,and increase blood pressure and side wall shear stress,cause vascular endothelial cells form change,a series of physical and chemical causes cells to internal changes that lead to the changes of endothelin gene expression,ultimately lead to endothelial cells change the function of endothelin,and be closely related with athletic intensity.
