| 摘 要： | 近年来，“说课”已被列为考核教师教学水平的项目之一，在评优、晋级和教师招聘中都占有较大比重。但是，很多教师都非常重视说课前的准备和说课时应注意的问题，却忽略了说课后的反思环节，这样往往很难真正提高教师的教学能力。因此本文提出要使体育教师的综合教学能力得到实质性提升，应重视说课后的反思。
