| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷调查、教学实验、文献资料和数理统计等研究方法分析认为,在高等师范院系体育教育专业武术普修课程的教学中,运用＂分散教学＂的教学方法进行太极拳套路教学,能使学生课堂的学习周期相对较长,课堂上需要学习的动作相对较少,从而能有效地培养体育教育专业学生进入＂心静＂的太极拳状态,养成锻炼太极拳的习惯,使学生更好地掌握太极拳的运动技能,提高了课堂的教学质量。
