| 摘 要： | 本文总结了咳嗽受体和有关传入神经通路研究的进展。在咽喉部和气道中存在咳嗽受体，经有髓纤维或无髓纤维传到中枢整合后产生咳嗽。其发病机制可能与气道粘膜损害或／和粘膜下传入神经密度有关。

| Abstract: | Cough is the most common symptom of lung disease.This paper is to review current knowl-edge of afferent nervous pathways and cough receptors for the cough reflex.The cough recep-tors have been identified in the laryngopharyng and the lower airways and lung,myelinated fibers in the SLN and nonmyelinated afferents,to occur cough after integrative properties of the central nervous system(CNS)and causing cough.The pathogenesis may be related to the airway ep-ithelial damage and abmormal intraepithelial airway nerves. |
